I’m very proud of this project! For it’s 10th birthday culinary platform njam! released a book with some of it’s best recipes of those past 10 years. The book features recipes from some of the best Michelin-starred chefs in our country, as well as some of the most famous TV chefs of Belgium. They asked me to provide 20 cocktail recipes for this book.
