Chefs & Shakers is the annual competition by Don Papa Rum that brings together the country’s best talents of the culinary world and the bar. For it’s second installment in Belgium, I was present as a report for the official media partner of the competition, to write an article and takes photos.
The finale took place in one of Antwerp’s finest restaurants, The Jane, and was won by Brussels’ duo Kenzo Nakata and Alexis Berthelot van Gramm.
