After a kick-off party in Paris, Cointreau celebrated it’s 170th birthday locally with a cocktail competition. Together with Paul Morel (Atelier Morel) and Alfred Cointreau (6th generation Cointreau family-member) I was hired to judge the competition.

The participants needed to create a Sidecar cocktail fit to celebrate Cointreau’s birthday.
The competition was won by Sofian Vlaminck, the former bartender of Cocktails at Nine.
