As you’ve probably guessed the negroni is my favorite cocktail. Ever since 2011 I’ve been actively interested in this drink. I’ve read every article and books about it that I could find (yes, there are books about it!), visited every place on earth that’s linked to it’s history, did numerous experiments with variations of the negroni over the years and it’s my go to order everywhere I go.

I am thrilled to have turned my hobby into my profession. In recent years, I’ve had the opportunity to travel the world spreading the gospel of the Negroni. Not only do I make Negronis in all sorts of places, but I also organize Negroni Nights, have judged an international Negroni competition, worked behind the scenes on the Belgian Negroni competition when the cocktail turned 100, develop custom Negronis for hospitality businesses, photograph Negronis, create and sell Negroni merchandise and write about them for magazines, books and websites.
