What are freezer cocktails?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s batching taken one step further: you pre-chill and pre-dilute so the cocktail can be served perfectly straight from the freezer. But it\u2019s not as simple as it sounds. You need to consider the alcohol content of your mix and<\/strong> the temperature of your freezer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all, you don\u2019t want an alcoholic ice cube or a failed slushie \u2014 you want to serve a perfectly chilled cocktail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
