After mentoring a group of Master’s students on their final project in Food & Beverage marketing, I was invited by Odisee (part of KU Leuven) to host a guest lecture. I shared practical insights on how to build a marketing plan tailored to the F&B industry — from strategy to execution on a budget, and the common pitfalls along the way. It was a dynamic session where theory met real-world application.
