Hi, I’m also known as Yannick Van Dyck
With over 12 years of industry experience, I can bring invaluable insights and knowledge to every project.
After studying Marketing & Communications, my passion for cocktails ignited in 2011 when I was asked to collaborate on a cocktail book with Manuel Wouters. I honed the craft of both classic and modern cocktails under the guidance of Belgian’s leading bartenders, and mastered the art of the Negroni in Italy. Since then, I’ve been lucky enough to travel the world as a drinks specialist, working on several cocktail books, consulting F&B brands and judging various competitions.
